Justin was raised in a small town outside of Houston Texas. After graduating high school, Justin attended the United States Naval Academy where he played football and majored in Mechanical Engineering. Upon graduation, Justin service selected Submarines which originally led him to Charleston, South Carolina. Justin moved to the Low Country in 2018 to start his initial nuclear training. During this time Justin met his wife and discovered his passion for Real Estate and Financial Freedom. With the help of his mom, Justin bought his first house at 23 using his VA entitlement. Since then, Justin and his family have continued to grow their real estate portfolio and network in the Charleston area. Now that Justin is out of the Submarine force, he loves spreading knowledge and helping everyone, especially service members, take their first steps towards achieving Financial Freedom.
Reagan was born and raised in a small town neighboring Houston, Texas. After graduating high school, Reagan began her college journey at Charleston Southern University where she was a cheerleader and is currently a biology major. Her interest in property management was ignited by her mother Brenda and eldest brother Justin’s interest in Real Estate. Eager to join in and help grow the family business, Reagan began studying and obtained her South Carolina License to be a Property Manager in Charge. Reagan is eager to spread her knowledge of Real Estate and Property Management to everyone, especially her peers.
Brenda was born in a small town outside of Houston Texas. After graduating high school, Brenda jumped straight into the workforce while attending her local community college where she received a degree in Process Technology. Brenda eventually followed her eldest son Justin to Charleston to pursue her Passion of Financial Freedom and Real Estate. Brenda began taking realtor classes and received her Realtor License in 2019. Since then Brenda has helped dozens of people Buy and Sell homes. Brenda’s main focus and specialty is to help people that are forced to rent go from not being able to afford a house to buying their very own home. Brenda’s work has come full circle as she is now helping past clients take their first step towards Financial Freedom by helping them find their first investment properties. Not only can Brenda help you buy or sell a home, she can help manage it for you, as well as impart her knowledge on how to reach your investment goal.
Jennifer was raised in Cincinnati, Ohio and moved to Charleston, SC after graduating college. With advice from their dad, Jennifer and her twin bought a house and found roommates to help pay the mortgage, “house hacking”. This was Jennifer’s first taste of the true power of Real Estate. So when she met Justin the night she graduated from physical therapy school and he told her of his plans to build a Real Estate Empire she was all aboard. While currently a stay at home mom, Jennifer helps where she can and loves watching the real estate business grow through the hard work of her husband, mother-in-law, and sister-in-law.
